Job description
- Administer and support Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure Active Directory
- Manage user accounts, permissions, security groups, and access controls
- Maintain and support network infrastructure, servers, workstations, printers, and related hardware
- Provide onsite technical support for attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff
- Manage workstation deployment, software installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Support and maintain document management systems and legal technology applications
- Monitor system performance, backups, and disaster recovery processes
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, including endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and security awareness
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party technology providers as needed
- Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and inventory records
- Recommend and implement technology improvements that enhance efficiency and security
Requirements
Do you have experience in Desktop administration?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our Houston office. This is a full-time, onsite position responsible for supporting the firm’s technology infrastructure, end users, cybersecurity initiatives, and day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a professional services environment, preferably a law firm, and possess strong technical and customer service skills., * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of Systems Administration experience
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and endpoint management
- Experience with cybersecurity best practices and security tools
- Experience supporting document management systems
- Prior law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Legal technology platforms
- iManage, NetDocuments, or similar document management systems
- Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions
- Backup and disaster recovery systems
- Multi-office or professional services environments

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
