Bi-Lingual Housekeeping Dispatcher

• Follows job tasks as assigned by Housekeeping Floor Supervisor.
• Monitor incoming housekeeping communications and utilize exceptional guest service / customer service skills
• Apply strong attention to detail with accurate results
• Responds to and or notifies Floor Supervisor of all guest requests or complaints.
• Replenish all supplies in guest rooms.
• Ensure transfer of calls to appropriate departments such as Front Desk, ensuring information is relayed in accurate manner with courtesy and timeliness
• Promote positive guest relations, maintaining working knowledge of hotel’s facilities, current and upcoming special events, in order to advise guests of same
• Monitor and manage log of phone calls/problems (guest and associate) and reports any situations which need attention to the appropriate department and/or individual
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Utilize phone, radios and or other methods such as ipad or computer tablets.

Do you have experience in Hotel experience?, Previous experience in a Hotel Housekeeping or Janitorial service is required.

Bi-lingual English and Spanish required.

Prior Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.

Schedule Fri, Sat, Sunday 7:00am - 5:30pm

The Service Companies is currently hiring experienced Housekeeping Dispatchers for a luxury hotel. Experienced with facilitating guest requests with team-member assignments. Constantly monitors the guests’ room status, updating as needed and dispatching room request to the floors.
