Job description

Our client is looking for a GIS technologist to join their team. The initial purpose of this role is to work in a GIS database updating as-built work of a power distribution system for clients. This position is 40 hours a week first shift and will provide training! This role sits onsite in Raleigh, NC.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Mapping using GIS?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Completed 2 or 4 year degree or equivalent experience with GIS software

  • Strong analytical and software skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week onsite

Plusses:

  • Work experience with GIS software
  • Experience within the engineering/power industry
  • Experience with AutoCAD or Microstation
