Job description
We are seeking a Senior Oracle EPM Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) Specialist to support enterprise financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes. The role involves functional and technical expertise in Oracle FCCS and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), along with experience in Oracle EPM Cloud and Oracle Fusion Financials. The specialist will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to support, enhance, and optimize financial systems and integrations., * Provide daily functional and technical support for Oracle FCCS, including metadata, consolidation rules, workflows, and monitoring.
- Manage and maintain FCCS metadata (EDMCS/DRM), including entities, accounts, scenarios, and intercompany structures.
- Troubleshoot consolidation, data, and reporting issues across systems.
- Execute and monitor close activities such as consolidations, currency translation, calculations, and validations.
- Manage integrations between FCCS and other systems (EDMCS, PCMCS, EPBCS, ERP, data warehouses) using FDMEE/Data Management, including mappings, load rules, and error fixes.
- Work with ERP source systems (Oracle EBS/Cloud, SAP, etc.) to ensure accurate data flow.
- Maintain data load configurations, mapping tables, import formats, and automation schedules.
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects with IT and data teams.
- Act as SME for FCCS, intercompany eliminations, and journal management.
- Ensure reporting aligns with accounting policies and audit requirements.
- Provide user support, training, and guidance on hierarchy and change requests.
- Document issues and enhancements using ITIL tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Support internal/external audits with required documentation and controls.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate financial workflows.
- Mentor offshore EPM administrators.
- Improve metadata design, governance, and automation processes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical documentation?, * 5+ years in finance domain.
- 5+ years working with Oracle FCCS or Hyperion Financial Management, including at least 2 FCCS implementations.
- 3-5 years experience with FDMEE/FDM data integration tools.
- Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, FX translation, and close processes.
- 5+ years experience with Oracle Narrative Reporting / Financial Reporting Studio Web.
- 5+ years experience with Oracle Smart View (report creation, support, troubleshooting).
- Experience managing metadata, hierarchies, and dimensions.
- Strong integration experience (imports, exports, system connectivity).
- Knowledge of Oracle EPMAutomate.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Oracle ERP Cloud, OCI, API Gateway, or data warehouse experience.
- Knowledge of ARCS or TRCS.
- Experience with EDMCS.
- Banking domain experience.
- Ability to write Groovy rules, REST APIs, or SQL.
