IT Technician III

Responsible to supports the IT infrastructure of the plant (office and shopfloor). Today, OESL operates as an independent organization and our solutions and engineering services for all drivetrains support the industry move forward - towards cleaner, safer, more comfortable and efficient mobility., High school diploma 3+ years experience in IT support Advanced Microsoft Office 365 Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems Problem-solving and communication skills

• Support the IT infrastructure of the plant (office and shopfloor).
• Support scanners for label verification and SAP.
• Support and manage IT inventory for the 3 buildings.
• Troubleshot network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
• Support manufacturing engineering in operating and maintaining MES according to standards.
• Support with system backups and patch management.
• Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.

Do you have experience in Windows support?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?
