What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary liaison for our business applications, becoming the go-to expert for new features and processes.
• Lead operational deployment efforts in collaboration with our Technical Delivery team, ensuring smooth transitions and high-quality service.
• Develop and document test scripts and regression tests, supporting future deployments with precision.
• Drive change management activities and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Maintain detailed change logs and support audit systems to ensure successful deployments.
• Manage offshore resources, setting standard procedures and monitoring performance.
• Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace, adhering to safety protocols and legislative obligations.

Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, achieving goals on time.

• Independent worker with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in data analysis, trend identification, and action plan formulation.
• Experience in establishing effective relationships with strategic partners and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
