Job description
Blu Omega is seeking Application Support Analysts to support one of our clients, contributing to enterprise systems operations and modernization efforts. This role supports the development, enhancement, and maintenance of mission-critical applications that enable regulatory, scientific, and operational workflows.
Program: This program supports the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and modernization of systems that enable regulatory and scientific mission. It encompasses application development, infrastructure support, data management, and business process workflows that underpin activities such as biologics review, compliance, and research. The program focuses on sustaining legacy systems while advancing modernization efforts, improving system performance, and enhancing tools and platforms used by staff and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests
- Analyze logs, transactions, and application data
- Perform root cause analysis and create knowledge articles
- Support production releases and ensure smooth deployments
Requirements
- 3+ years of application support experience
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- Ability to obtain Public Trust, * ITIL certification
Benefits & conditions
Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
