Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR System Design Specialist to lead the strategy, design, configuration, testing, and optimization of HR technology platforms, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS solutions. This role serves as the bridge between HR business stakeholders, product management, and technology teams, ensuring scalable solutions that drive business value and support enterprise HR transformation initiatives., Own end-to-end HR technology products and solutions Lead SAP SuccessFactors configuration and optimization efforts Document system architecture, business processes, and solution designs Manage system enhancements, integrations, releases, and upgrades Define testing strategies, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders on transformation initiatives Support platform governance and continuous improvement efforts Coordinate vendors, implementation partners, and internal teams Drive HR digital transformation and modernization programs

Requirements

10+ years of experience in HR technology, product management, or enterprise systems delivery Deep expertise with SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS platforms Strong hands-on configuration experience within SuccessFactors modules Experience leading HR transformation or digital transformation initiatives Experience managing integrations and system enhancements Strong documentation and solution design capabilities Experience defining and executing testing strategies Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams 3 5+ years of people leadership or team oversight experience Preferred Skills SAP SuccessFactors certifications Experience with Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, or Onboarding modules Experience with integration tools and middleware platforms Strong Agile and project delivery experience Best regards
