  • 10-15 years proficiency in AS400 with technologies: SYNON, RPG, ILE RPG, CL, LANSA, LANSA for Web.
  • Hands-on experience in debugging, profiling, and performance optimization of applications.
  • Exposure to modernization tools, strategies, IBM methods, and web applications.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps tools (documentation, turnaround, governance).
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in leadership capacity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
