The IT will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining EPC’s IT operations for the Scottsburg location. This includes desktop support, server maintenance, ERP system management, network security, and technology planning. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance daily IT support with strategic initiatives., * Provide desktop and remote support for the Scottsburg location.

• Oversee daily maintenance of servers and ensure optimal system performance.
• Lead strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of IT and telephony systems.
• Ensure timely access to meaningful business data for decision-making.
• Evaluate and implement new hardware and software for compatibility and effectiveness.
• Negotiate IT-related contracts, scope, terms, and conditions.
• Collaborate with users to assess service quality, identify needs, and evaluate the impact of changes.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft and third-party software licensing.
• Maintain and enforce network and data security practices, including firewalls, encryption, and secure user access.
• Monitor and address potential risks related to company data leaving LAN/WAN environments.
• Manage and prioritize multiple IT projects while meeting deadlines and deliverables.
• Provide troubleshooting support and administrative assistance to staff.
• Perform other assignments as given by the Manufacturing Manager.

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Significant ERP experience in manufacturing environments, specifically TMM/DTR.
• Intermediate experience in networking (TCP/IP, VPN, VLANs, routing, router configuration).
• Strong understanding of network and data security, including firewalls and encryption practices.
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows Group Policies, file and printer sharing, Terminal Services, and user permissions.
• Experience with databases (SQL, Progress, Access) is highly recommended.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Additional Information
