IT Helpdesk Support

Talento Search Group has an opening for IT Helpdesk Support in the Alabaster, Alabama area. This is a direct-hire position and the salary range is about $55,000-65,000 per year, depending on experience., * ISupport the technology infrastructure

• Perform day to day general IT operations, network administration, system maintenance, and desktop support
• Build workflows within Appian platform
• Manage and maintain company servers, directory accounts, network configurations, and cloud infrastructure
• Implement cybersecurity training programs for employees, including phishing simulations
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Monitor system logs, run routine backups, apply security patches, and ensure compliance with IT policies
• Maintain documentation for network configurations, IT policies, SOP’s, and user support guides

Do you have experience in Technical writing for network engineers?, * Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity is preferred

• At least 2 years of experience in system administration, helpdesk support, or network troubleshooting
• Good communication skills
