Data Analyst

Aya Healthcare has a great opportunity for a Data Analyst supporting a healthcare organization through a major system migration and reporting initiative. This is a fully remote, 16-week contract opportunity for a detail-oriented analyst who enjoys working with data validation, reporting, testing, and system support activities., The Data Analyst supports data migration, validation, reporting, testing, and system administration activities associated with a large-scale platform transition. This role works closely with project stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, report functionality, and user access management while helping maintain project timelines and deliverables., * Support data migration activities between enterprise systems

• Perform data movement, validation, reconciliation, and code conversion tasks
• Build, modify, test, and validate reports
• Replicate and enhance existing reports within a new platform environment
• Create training materials, process documentation, and user support resources
• Configure and maintain user groups, roles, and permissions
• Conduct report and data quality testing
• Collaborate with project leads and subject matter experts to support implementation activities
• Manage high-volume and repetitive data tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with user access matrices and permissions setup
• Support activities associated with system transition and go-live readiness
• Analyze data from multiple sources and develop reports, dashboards, and statistical information
• Identify data anomalies, trends, and outliers
• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Participate in peer reviews and quality assurance activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Do you have experience in Identity and access management (IAM) solutions?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and experience working with large data sets, reporting tools, and system configuration., * High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent relevant work experience accepted
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and data movement
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
• Experience building, modifying, and testing reports
• Experience managing user roles, groups, or permissions within business applications
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, * Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required
• Experience working with provider, insurance, operational, or enterprise data
• Familiarity with system implementations or data migration projects
• Testing and quality assurance experience
• Experience handling large-volume data processing tasks
