Job description

Respond to ServiceNow incidents and perform network troubleshooting.
Install, remove, swap, and maintain network equipment and cabling.
Support LAN, voice, WiFi, fiber, copper, and telecom infrastructure.
Perform IMAC activities, DNS lookups, device connectivity testing, and switch port identification.
Provide smart-hands support for telecom systems including RF, VSAT, LTE/5G, CCTV, and IP Telephony.
Follow change management, safety, compliance, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with IT teams, service providers, and project stakeholders to restore and maintain services.

Requirements

Do you have experience in VoIP administration?, * 4+ years of experience supporting network infrastructure and network devices.

Experience with racking, stacking, cabling, and decommissioning network hardware.
Hands-on experience supporting routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi, and IP Telephony (IPT).
Knowledge of RF technologies including microwave radios, cellular nodes, and VSAT systems.
Experience with ServiceNow and network troubleshooting.
