Sr. IT Project Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7 10+ years of experience leading large-scale IT projects and/or programs in complex environments
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, project management methodologies, and enterprise delivery frameworks
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional leadership
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in regulated environments
• Healthcare experience REQUIRED!
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications / Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent)
• Experience working in healthcare, payer, or highly regulated industries
• Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, or similar platforms
• Experience with DevOps frameworks and modern software delivery practices

AI & Emerging Technology Certifications

• AI/ML or Data-related certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Professional ML Engineer)
• Certifications in data analytics, automation, or cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Exposure to AI governance, responsible AI practices, or enterprise data strategy initiatives
