Job description

As a Website Designer at Lasso MD, your primary function will be to create custom website designs for dental practices. Using our in-house AI website design agent and Figma as your primary design tools, you’ll transform brand strategies into engaging, user-friendly websites that help practices stand out online. You’ll follow our standardized design process to ensure quality and efficiency while bringing creative solutions to life. The role requires balancing speed and precision while designing for multiple clients in a fast-paced, agency-style environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design modern, custom websites for dental practices.
  • Design websites using a combination of in-house AI design tools and Figma.
  • Create branding assets (logos, color palettes, patterns, typography, style guides) that reflect client vision and values.
  • Apply user experience (UX) best practices to create intuitive and conversion-focused layouts.
  • Lead design-related client meetings (onboarding, reviews) to align on creative direction and gather feedback.
  • Follow Lasso MD’s standardized design workflow to maintain efficiency and product quality.
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without sacrificing creativity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (development, marketing, client success) to ensure designs are executed flawlessly.
  • Stay updated on web design and branding trends and best practices to continually improve output.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in website design.
  • Fluent in English and confidence to speak directly with American clients.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing website design work, preferably across multiple industries.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience in an agency or multi-client environment.
  • Ability to balance creativity with structured processes and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills., * Experience designing websites for SaaS or healthcare-related companies.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and development handoff best practices.
  • Familiarity with dental or healthcare industries is a plus.

Benefits & conditions

  • $16,000-$22,000 per year (based on experience and geomarket rate)
  • 2-Weeks PTO per year
