Job description

Join our growing team at Pacific Outdoor Living, as an IT Technician/Office Administrator. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for managing the company’s IT infrastructure, supporting daily office operations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. From troubleshooting technical issues to providing administrative support, your ability to maintain and enhance the efficiency of both our office systems and IT resources will play a critical role in our ongoing success. This position is perfect for someone who has a strong technical background, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a dynamic office environment., · Provide technical support to staff and manage all IT-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.

· Maintain and update the office’s IT systems, including computers, software, and hardware.

· Ensure that all office systems run efficiently and troubleshoot any technical problems.

· Coordinate with external vendors for hardware/software purchases and maintenance.

· Assist in day-to-day office administration, including managing schedules, office supplies, and communication with clients.

· Provide training and support to staff on software and office systems.

· Organize and maintain an effective filing and document management system.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Training & development?, · Proven IT support experience, with a strong ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing both IT support and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical staff.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, general office software, and common IT systems. Experience with CRM platforms and network troubleshooting is a plus.

· Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in both IT and administrative tasks.

· Ability to work well independently, as well as collaborate with team members to drive success

Education & Experience:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, office administration, or a similar role.

· Experience with network setups, troubleshooting, and providing technical assistance.

Requirements:

· Ability to commute daily to Sun Valley, CA.

· Comfortable handling both IT support and administrative duties.

· Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Bilingual, Spanish is required

· Successful applicants for this role will be required to participate in pre-employment aptitude assessments. These assessments are used to help identify their potential ability to perform the job duties associated with the role.
