Requirements

Do you have experience in iOS?, We are seeking a hands-on Desktop Support / Intune Specialist with strong experience managing enterprise endpoints in a Microsoft environment., * 3+ years of desktop support experience in an enterprise environment.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and deployment).
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (iPhone and Android).
  • Solid knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and endpoint-related issues.
  • Excellent end-user support and communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint security policies.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
