Oracle Fusion Financials Technical Consultant

• The Oracle Fusion Financials Technical Consultant will be responsible for managing and supporting Oracle Fusion Finance application operations, ensuring stable system performance, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
• The role involves leading support activities across financial modules, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors, and maintaining compliance, documentation, and service excellence in a global support environment., * Lead and manage daily operations of Oracle Fusion Finance support team.
• Act as primary point of contact for Oracle Fusion Finance application support.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents, service requests, and system issues.
• Oversee system configurations, upgrades, patches, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues across Oracle Finance modules.
• Coordinate with Oracle and external vendors for issue resolution and system stability.
• Maintain operational documentation including SOPs and knowledge base content.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Mentor and guide team members for continuous development and performance improvement.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Monitor system performance and support metrics and report to senior management.

• Bachelor s degree in Finance or related field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance application support.
• At least 5 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Projects.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture and cloud-based financial systems.
• Experience in incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.

Experience:

• Experience managing day-to-day operations of Oracle Fusion Finance support teams.
• Experience coordinating system configurations, upgrades, patching, and integrations.
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS Finance environments along with Fusion applications.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience managing vendor escalations with Oracle and third-party providers.
• Experience developing SOPs, knowledge base articles, and support documentation.
• Experience driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Experience generating support performance and incident trend reports., * Experience in Oracle Fusion Finance within Travel, Transport, Logistics, or Hospitality industries.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management practices.
• Exposure to automation tools and process optimization methods.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
