Job description

Sapta Global Inc is seeking two experienced Workday HCM Consultants to join our dynamic team. As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a diverse group of professionals who are dedicated to delivering top-tier solutions to our clients., * Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements for Workday HCM implementation.

Configure and deploy Workday HCM modules to meet the unique business requirements of each client.
Provide expert guidance on best practices throughout the implementation process.
Conduct testing, training, and user support to ensure successful system adoption.
Analyze and troubleshoot HCM system issues to provide timely resolutions.
Stay up-to-date with Workday enhancements and new features to continually improve the client experience.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, procedures, and processes.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Proven experience as a Workday HCM Consultant, with a deep understanding of the Workday platform and its modules.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing client needs in a fast-paced environment.
Workday certification is a plus.
