Job description

Join AgentAI as a Senior AI-Native DevOps Engineer and play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare operations through AI-driven automation. You will be instrumental in modernizing revenue cycle management and medical billing by building scalable cloud infrastructure and AI-powered systems. This infrastructure-first role emphasizes AWS, Terraform, and containerized deployments, working closely with application engineers to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable systems., * Design, build, and maintain production infrastructure on AWS.

  • Manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
  • Deploy and operate containerized applications using Docker and AWS ECS/Fargate.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.
  • Manage ECR repositories, ECS task definitions, ECS services, and Application Load Balancers.
  • Implement secure infrastructure patterns using IAM, Security Groups, private networking, and Secrets Manager.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to deploy and support Python/Django services.
  • Monitor platform health, troubleshoot production issues, and improve reliability.
  • Optimize infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to automate infrastructure tasks while validating generated solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.
  • Strong production experience with AWS, particularly ECS/Fargate.
  • Deep expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
  • Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of cloud networking, IAM, Security Groups, and infrastructure security best practices.
  • Experience deploying applications behind Application Load Balancers.
  • Familiarity with AWS Secrets Manager or Parameter Store for secure configuration management.
  • Ability to understand application architecture and effectively support Python/Django services.
  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments., * Python scripting experience.
  • Experience supporting Django applications in production.
  • PostgreSQL administration or optimization.
  • CloudFront, Route 53, or S3 static asset hosting.
  • Blue-green or zero-downtime deployment strategies.
  • Experience in healthcare technology or HIPAA-regulated environments.
