Interior Design & Social Media Assistant (Part-Time)

• Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and scheduling
• Assist with social media content creation, posting, and engagement
• Organize and maintain the design library, samples, and materials
• Support project coordination and studio operations
• Communicate with vendors and assist with order tracking
• Prepare materials for client meetings and presentations
• Assist with installations, photoshoots, and project-related activities
• Manage incoming deliveries and organize project inventory
• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming studio environment
• Provide day-to-day support to the design team

Do you have experience in Revit?, Colleen Rosar Design is looking for a highly organized, positive, and proactive Studio & Social Media Assistant to help support our growing interior design firm.

This position is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in interior design, social media, marketing, or creative business operations. We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, loves organization, takes initiative, and is excited to learn the behind-the-scenes operations of a luxury residential design studio.

This is a part-time position, three days per week, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the potential for growth as the company continues to expand., * Student or recent graduate preferred

• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus and may qualify for higher compensation
• Previous internship or office experience is beneficial but not required, You are organized, motivated, and enjoy helping things run smoothly. You take pride in being dependable, show up on time, communicate well, and bring a positive attitude to work each day. You enjoy supporting a creative team and are eager to learn and grow professionally.

$20-$25 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
