Network Systems Administrator - Senior

• Manage and update QuickBooks records (invoicing, expense tracking, bank reconciliation, customer payments, etc.)
• Utilize SlabWare to help organize and maintain stone inventory, remnants, and sales data (training provided if needed)
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing, documentation, and job files
• Assist with vendor communications, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Answer phones, greet customers, and provide general office support as needed
• Maintain organized digital and physical records, including contracts, estimates, and invoices
• Support management with additional administrative projects as assigned

Do you have experience in Updating inventory records?, We are seeking a highly skilled full-time Administrative Assistant with strong QuickBooks experience to support our growing stone and countertop business. Experience with SlabWare is a big plus., * Proven experience with QuickBooks (required)

• Experience using SlabWare (strongly preferred; willing to train the right candidate)
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, construction/stone shop environment
• Prior experience in the stone, granite, construction, or home improvement industry is a plus
