Senior IT Specialist

• Advanced Technical Support: Serve as the go-to expert for escalated hardware, software, and network issues directly at employee workstations.
• Windows 11 & App Management: Install, configure, and optimize Windows 11 systems, Microsoft Outlook profiles, and advanced email configurations.
• QuickBooks Enterprise Support: Maintain, patch, and troubleshoot QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions, including multi-user file connectivity and server-hosted environments.
• FileMaker Database Assistance: Manage user access, security permissions, and network connectivity for FileMaker databases.
• Hardware & Workspace Setup: Deploy desktops, dual monitors, docking stations, and network connections for new hires and office moves.
• Conference Room Technology: Maintain and troubleshoot video conferencing systems, projectors, smart screens, and audio equipment.
• Asset Management: Track and audit IT equipment, licenses, spare hardware, and server room inventory.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in face-to-face troubleshooting, excels in Windows 11 administration, and has deep experience supporting finance and database applications., * 5+ years of professional IT support experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Deep expertise in Windows 11 troubleshooting, including architecture-level problem solving.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, including registry fixes, PST/OST recovery, and mailbox integrations.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Enterprise and FileMaker environments.
• Strong proficiency with PC hardware builds, network cabling, switches, and office printers.
