Physical Security Engineer

Responsible for designing and delivering integrated physical security systems for facilities, including technical design, risk assessment, and project execution support., * Design CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and intercom systems

• Conduct security risk and vulnerability assessments
• Produce drawings, schematics, specifications, and technical documentation
• Perform system calculations (bandwidth, storage, power)
• Evaluate and select security technologies based on cost and performance trade-offs
• Coordinate with multi-discipline engineering teams
• Support estimating, scheduling, and project execution activities
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and resolve technical issues
• Interface with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship

Do you have experience in Technical documentation?, * Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• Physical security system design and commissioning
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and intercom systems
• Experience with security risk assessments
• Understanding of networking and cybersecurity basics
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CAD/BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360 preferred)
• Knowledge of CSI specifications and construction documentation
• Experience with estimating, scheduling, and cost analysis
• Ability to evaluate emerging security technologies and system trade-offs
