Director of Business Intelligence, Automation & AI

We are seeking a highly analytical, technically skilled, and business-minded professional to lead our Business Intelligence, Automation, and AI initiatives. This role will work directly with company leadership to build reporting solutions, automate business processes, leverage AI technologies, and create data-driven insights for both internal operations and client engagements.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for internal leadership and external clients
• Build automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and related technologies
• Create and optimize SQL queries, data models, and reporting structures
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and business performance analytics
• Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes and improve operational efficiency
• Evaluate, implement, and manage AI tools including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging technologies
• Partner with leadership to improve reporting, forecasting, and business decision-making
• Support data integration across CRM, accounting, recruiting, and operational platforms
• Train internal teams on reporting, automation, and AI best practices
• Lead special projects involving analytics, process improvement, and digital transformation

Do you have experience in Tooling?, * 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Management, or Automation

• Advanced Power BI experience including dashboard development and data modeling
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query and data analysis
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting and automation solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work directly with executives and business leaders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience with AI technologies including ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms
• Experience supporting consulting clients or professional services organizations
• Knowledge of accounting, finance, recruiting, or operational reporting
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems
• Familiarity with Power Apps, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or cloud-based analytics tools, Applicants will be asked to demonstrate Power BI dashboards, automation projects, and AI implementations completed in previous roles. Candidates who can clearly articulate business impact, process improvements, and measurable results from their work will be given strong consideration.
