Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior LIMS Business Analyst to support the implementation of a STARLIMS LPH solution for environmental and clinical laboratory users. This role involves requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, testing, validation, and stakeholder engagement throughout the implementation lifecycle., * Gather and document business requirements

Analyze laboratory workflows and identify process improvements
Support STARLIMS configuration validation and testing activities
Create functional documentation and user stories
Collaborate with laboratory users, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation

Requirements

Do you have experience in Waterfall software development?, * 5+ years of laboratory experience (clinical, environmental, or laboratory systems support)

5+ years of LIMS implementation experience
10+ years of business analysis and analytical problem-solving experience
Strong experience with requirements gathering, use case development, and stakeholder interviews/workshops
Experience creating business requirements, functional specifications, and solution design documentation
Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, UAT, and QA activities
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and Azure DevOps
