The Amazon Marketplace & Catalog Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and improving our Amazon product catalog, optimizing listings, monitoring inventory and pricing, and supporting marketplace growth initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with product data, e-commerce platforms, inventory management, and marketplace optimization.
Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Catalog Management
- Create, maintain, and optimize Amazon product listings.
- Update product titles, bullet points, descriptions, attributes, and backend keywords.
- Upload and manage product images, enhanced content, and listing variations.
- Ensure listing accuracy and compliance with Amazon requirements.
- Monitor listing health and resolve catalog issues.
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and stock availability.
- Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to help prevent stockouts.
- Track inventory performance and identify replenishment needs.
- Assist with forecasting and inventory planning activities.
Pricing & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor competitor pricing and marketplace trends.
- Update pricing according to company guidelines.
- Analyze pricing opportunities and profitability.
- Assist with promotional pricing and special offers.
Marketplace Growth Support
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and conversion rates.
- Assist with new product launches.
- Support Amazon advertising and promotional initiatives.
- Research competitors and marketplace opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare sales and inventory reports.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics.
- Analyze product performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support management with data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Amazon Marketplace & Catalog Specialist to support the growth of our Amazon business and marketplace operations., * Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent Excel and spreadsheet skills.
- Ability to manage large volumes of product information accurately.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience managing Amazon product catalogs.
- Knowledge of Amazon listing optimization and SEO.
- Experience with inventory management.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools., We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with product data, inventory, pricing, and marketplace operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
