Job description

Lead discovery sessions with healthcare clients

  • Gather and document business and operational requirements

  • Analyze clinical and administrative workflows

  • Create process maps and solution documentation

  • Collaborate with AI Engineers and technical teams

  • Support implementation planning and solution design

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical writing?, 3+ years of direct healthcare industry experience

  • Hands-on experience with at least one EHR/EMR system: Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Meditech, or similar

  • Understanding of healthcare workflows: Scheduling, Referrals, Eligibility Verification, Prior Authorization, Medical Billing

  • Experience conducting discovery sessions and requirements gathering

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

  • Must be able to work on-site in Cary, NC
