Job description

  • Customer Coordination: Manage incoming customer calls for service requests and coordinate with repair and delivery technicians. Schedule repair pick-ups and on-site service visits.
  • In-Store Support: Greet and assist customers upon arrival, ensuring prompt service and managing customer flow within the store.
  • Service Order Management: Process service orders, handle prior authorization details, verify funding criteria, and communicate any out-of-pocket expenses to customers.
  • Inventory and Compliance: Conduct inventory checks as needed and adhere to HIPAA, HQAA, and compliance standards.
  • Diagnostic Assistance: Diagnose equipment issues via photos or videos from customers, liaise with manufacturers to obtain quotes, and track labor and support ticket ratios.
  • General Support: Complete additional tasks as assigned to support the overall service team.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, We are looking for a dedicated Service Support professional to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking service assistance. You’ll coordinate service schedules, assist in-store customers, manage service orders, and handle essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient service operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, has excellent organizational skills, and values customer satisfaction., * High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or additional certifications preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative support, preferably in a technical or service-related industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for order entry and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
