IT Support Technician

AVC Communications is looking for a motivated IT Support Technician to join our Managed IT Services team. If you’re passionate about technology, enjoy solving problems, and like helping people, we’d love to hear from you.

This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience in IT while working with a variety of businesses, technologies, and projects.

What You’ll Do

As part of our technical team, you’ll help support local business clients by:

• Setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers, software, printers, and other technology
• Providing friendly technical support both remotely and onsite
• Assisting with network, internet, and security-related issues
• Helping with technology upgrades, installations, and special IT projects
• Monitoring and maintaining business systems to keep them running smoothly
• Documenting work performed and communicating updates to clients and team members

No two days are exactly the same, so you’ll have the opportunity to learn and work with a wide range of technologies.

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Customer communication?, * Interest in computers, technology, and problem-solving

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel locally when needed
• Valid driver’s license
• Eligibility to work in the United States

• Computer hardware and software troubleshooting
• Networking, Wi-Fi, routers, or internet technologies
• Microsoft Windows and business software
• Cybersecurity or IT support tools
• Managed IT services or technical support roles
• Video production or video streaming
