Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Austin, TX (Hybrid) Client is seeking a skilled professional to join the Server Team and help drive enterprise vulnerability remediation efforts across Windows, Linux, and Citrix environments. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in: Vulnerability Management & Remediation ServiceNow (IT Remediation Workspace & Change Management) CAB Presentations & Change Coordination Windows Server, Linux (RHEL), and Citrix Environments Security Operations & Infrastructure Collaboration Audit & Compliance Documentation Key Responsibilities: Coordinate remediation of high-risk and exception-based vulnerabilities Manage Vulnerability Remediation Tasks (VULs) and Change Requests in ServiceNow Partner with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and Operations teams Present remediation-related changes to Change Advisory Board (CAB) Track vulnerabilities from identification through closure Support audit-ready documentation and compliance reporting What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of vulnerability remediation coordination experience Strong ServiceNow and Change Management experience Experience working in large enterprise or government environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple remediation efforts simultaneously
