Business System Analyst - E-Commerce

• Work with various department managers and technology team members to improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications
• Provide documentation and workflow analysis support for process improvement
• Focus improving, troubleshooting and testing on multiple system integration between each departments
• Research and identify potential opportunity in new software and hardware that could benefit corporate process
• Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users
• Develop and design end user reports and/or dashboards for both financial and operational users
• Develop and support database activities, such as data loading and unloading
• Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Plan growth and changes to the environment as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management/Computer Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server
• ERP, CRM, and Business Intelligence Software Experience within a manufacturing and/or e-commerce environment preferred
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Ability to set strategic goals for business processes
• Ability to multitask and prioritize within a dynamic environment
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to develop rapport and positive working relationships with coworkers
• Bilingual in Mandarin preferred, * Systems analysis: 2 years (Preferred)
• E-commerce: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)
