Data Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our innovative team.The Data Coordinator will be part of the Human Development and Youth Services division with a focus on the Individualized Transition Skills program (ITSP) and will interact within a diversified staff. The ideal candidate should have a strong working knowledge of database software and systems, be enthusiastic about learning new tasks and possess a great attitude. As part of the team, this individual must show flexibility and willingness to promote the development of its programs and people, show a willingness to participate in creating an interdisciplinary environment and support a teamwork environment. . Duties

• Design queries using set criteria and conditional statements, tables, reports, and other database deliverables when requested
• Coordinate, collect, maintain, and input data received from program staff into the database system.
• Perform quality control to ensure accuracy of all data entry done in various program databases.
• Maintain and update program calendars, maps, and staff contact sheets with program staff.
• Respond to inquiries about data
• Send monthly program reports to program staff, government agencies, or other organizations as requested.
• Assists in the preparation of templates, standard procedures and other documents for quality assurance and data entry.
• Available and able to support entire division when needed for special projects
• Receive, verify, enter, and count program referrals.
• Troubleshoot and investigate all discrepancies, and inform supervisor of resolved and unresolved discrepancies.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
