ServiceNow Developer

Do you have experience in UI?, 3+ years of Software Development experience

1+ year of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience

Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and/or CSM modules

Strong knowledge of JavaScript and GlideScript

Experience developing Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Workflows

Service Portal and App Engine experience

REST/SOAP API Integration experience

Data Migration and ServiceNow configuration experience

Agile/Scrum methodology experience

Understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management principles

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM/CSM)

Experience with enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations

Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions

Build and maintain workflows, business rules, and automation processes

Integrate ServiceNow with external applications and enterprise systems

Support data migration and system enhancements

Create technical documentation and implementation artifacts

Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams

Must reside and work within the United States
