Job description

Lead end-to-end SAP GTS solution design, configuration, and deployment
Implement Compliance Management, Export Control, Customs Management, and Trade Preference capabilities
Configure license determination, SPL screening, embargo checks, and trade master data governance
Integrate SAP GTS with SAP S/4HANA SD, MM, Logistics, and Master Data
Collaborate with security teams on ABAC and NextLabs integration for export-controlled data
Design audit-ready compliance workflows, reporting, and exception management
Prepare functional specifications, testing strategy, cutover plans, and hypercare support
Mentor team members and collaborate across functional, technical, security, and compliance teams

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Senior Consultant with end-to-end expertise in Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Trade Preference/Trade Controls, along with working knowledge of ABAC and NextLabs integration in regulated Aerospace & Defense environments., * 5-10+ years of SAP GTS implementation/support experience

Strong expertise in Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Trade Controls
Experience with Export Control, License Determination, SPL Screening, Embargo Checks, and Customs Processes
Hands-on integration experience with SAP S/4HANA/ECC (SD, MM)
Working knowledge of ABAC concepts and NextLabs integration
Experience leading workshops and translating business/regulatory requirements into SAP solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

Aerospace & Defense or other highly regulated/export-controlled industries
Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC, DFARS compliance frameworks
Experience with SAP CPI/PI/PO, APIs, IDocs, and enterprise integrations
Exposure to SAP EWM, TM, and Warehouse/Logistics integration

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, International Business, Compliance, or related field
SAP GTS Certification preferred
Trade Compliance or Customs certifications are a plus
