Fedops Engineer

• Design, develop, and support event-driven automation leveraging the FedOps framework across ServiceNow

  Polycloud and enterprise platforms .

• Build, maintain, and optimize automation workflows using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)Develop reusable

  scalable playbooks for alert remediation self-healing and operational workflows Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems (ServiceNow

  APIs

  infrastructure platforms).

• Support onboarding of applications/use cases into FedOps and ensure alignment with enterprise standards Troubleshoot and resolve automation failures

  ensuring reliability and operational resiliency

• Hands-on expertise in Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) including: Playbook development and optimization Job templates and workflow templateso RBAC and secure execution models Integration with external systems (ServiceNow

  APIs

  etc.)

• Solid scripting skills (Python

  PowerShell

  or shell scripting)Experience with event-driven automation and operational tooling

• Strong understanding of infrastructure

  application workflows

  and incident management processes
