Tableau Lead Developer

We are seeking a Tableau Lead with approximately five years or more of relevant experience. The resource must be U.S.-based/onshore and will work remotely. Preference will be given to candidates in the Houston, TX area to facilitate any potential onsite visits., The Tableau Lead will be responsible for end-to-end analytics and reporting delivery, including:

• Requirements gathering and stakeholder intake
• Dashboard design, development, and deployment
• Data validation and quality assurance
• Stakeholder coordination and communication
• Production support and performance tuning

• Approximately 5+ years of Tableau development and/or lead experience
• Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud
• SQL proficiency and data preparation experience preferred

Lead Capability:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate independently as a lead resource with limited supervision
• Experience working in enterprise-level analytics environments
