Job description
A top Telecom Labs organization is seeking a research engineer to help develop a never before built Network Foundation Model. Like LLMs for text, this NFM will unlock agentic capabilities for Network Data. Building and finetuning this model will allow them to advance their 5G network capabilities in ways not yet possible. The Research Engineer will utilize their expertise in Deep Learning and hands on experience with GAN, Diffusion, and Transformer models to solve complex problems related to multi-modal representation learning. Hands-on experiences with Pytorch/Pytorch lighting/Tensorflow on CUDA/GPU is required. Any experience on training domain-specific foundation models and wireless/wired networking would be a huge plus
Requirements
Expertise in Deep Learning with experience in GAN, Diffusion, and Transformer Models
Hands on technical skills in PyTorch/Tensorflow
CUDA/GPU Programming
Advanced Degrees in Computer Science or similar field
Experience working as a research engineer for an accredited university 5G, RAN, or wired/wireless Networking Data Elements experience
PhD
