IT Deployment Technician

Insight Global is seeking a few Deployment Technicians to support a large healthcare customer. The Deployment Technician is responsible for assisting in the set-up of a new Hospital downtown Indianapolis. Day to day responsibilities may include: to install, configure, test, and support technology deployments in active healthcare environments (desktops, printers, laptops etc.). This role works closely with hospital IT, clinical staff, and project teams to ensure hardware is deployed accurately, function as intended, and align with clinical workflows. The technician performs on-site troubleshooting, supports go-live activities, documents deployment activities, and ensures compliance with hospital safety, security, and privacy standards. Success in this role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while adapting to fast-paced, patient-care settings., * Deploy and install hardware including desktops, monitors, copiers, label printers, dashboards, printers, and other IT equipment

• Unbox, Stage, and Deploy all relevant equipment
• Provide on-site support during hardware rollouts
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues during deployment
• Ensure proper setup and functionality of all equipment
• Assist in post-go live testing and support

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, * 1-2 years minimum of deployment experience

• Must provide own Steel toed or composite shoes, * Software deployment: 1 year (Required)
