Technology Field Technician

• Configure and optimize WiFi networks
• Install and configure wireless routers, access points, and mesh systems
• Set up and configure printers and scanners
• Deploy, configure, and reimage Windows computers
• Install and configure smart home devices
• Install and configure Ring cameras and similar security devices
• Configure connected devices and IoT equipment
• Troubleshoot connectivity and device communication issues
• Assist residential and small business customers with technology projects
• Document work performed and communicate project status
• Provide professional customer service during onsite visits

Do you have experience in In-person customer service?, We are seeking a reliable and professional Technology Consultant to provide onsite technology services for residential and small business clients.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, communicating with customers, troubleshooting technology issues, and configuring networks and connected devices. Strong networking experience is highly preferred.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in IT support, networking, field service, telecommunications, or technology consulting., * Strong customer service and communication skills

• Experience configuring home and small business technology

Highly Preferred

• Experience with networking and WiFi deployments
• Experience installing mesh WiFi systems
• Experience with Ethernet cabling and cable drops
• Experience configuring printers and scanners
• Experience with Ring cameras and smart home devices
• Experience reimaging computers
• Familiarity with network troubleshooting

Certifications (Preferred but Not Required)

• CompTIA A+
• CompTIA Network+
• CCNA
• Google IT Support
• Microsoft certifications, The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, is comfortable working directly with customers, and has hands-on experience with networking, WiFi systems, printers, computers, and smart devices. Candidates with strong networking skills and real-world troubleshooting experience will receive priority consideration., * IT support: 1 year (Preferred)
