Manufacturing Systems Engineer

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will drive operational excellence by designing, optimizing, and scaling production systems. You will leverage your expertise in Lean methodologies and data-driven analysis to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality across our manufacturing value stream. Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust manufacturing processes to maximize production efficiency and resource utilization.
• Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and execute corrective actions that improve cycle times and output quality.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate new technologies and automation solutions into existing production lines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical work instructions.
• Collaborate with vendors to validate new equipment installations and ensure seamless operational integration.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality management standards.
• Train production teams on new processes and equipment to ensure consistent operational excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process mapping.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and problem-solving tools.
• Experience with CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite., * Prior experience in the wire and cable or similar industrial manufacturing sectors.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 or ISO 9001 quality and environmental standards.
• Experience utilizing SAP or similar ERP systems for production management.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion.
