Job description

As a Hardware Systems Engineer, you will drive product reliability by spearheading the analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of complex electronic systems. You will play a pivotal role in bridging design and production, ensuring that our technical solutions meet rigorous industry standards through innovative testing and manufacturability reviews. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust test apparatus to validate system functionality against technical specifications.
  • Analyze electronic components and assemblies to identify root causes of malfunctions and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine PCB layouts, Gerber files, and panel designs for seamless manufacturing.
  • Perform comprehensive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews to optimize production efficiency and quality.
  • Document test cases, progress reports, and technical manuals to ensure clear communication of design methods.
  • Manage component selection and alternative sourcing to support project timelines and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain strict adherence to ISO quality standards by proactively identifying and resolving process non-conformities.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical writing within manufacturing?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple design elements simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in advanced mathematics, including calculus, for system analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment., * Experience with PCB design software and in-house testing tools.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and standard operating procedures.
  • Demonstrated initiative in continuous improvement and process optimization.
