Job description

  • Enter and update data accurately into various databases and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, ensuring consistency across platforms.
  • Manage and maintain detailed spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables for data analysis and reporting.
  • Work with our client site in Mexico
  • Perform data collection from multiple sources, verifying information for completeness and correctness.
  • Organize, file, and archive digital records systematically to facilitate quick retrieval and long-term storage.
  • Assist with order entry processes, ensuring timely processing of transactions and proper documentation.
  • Transcribe audio or written content with precision, supporting administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Support data reconciliation efforts by cross-referencing information within databases and spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data management workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Utilize basic math skills for calculations related to data analysis or order processing as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy in typing, clerical work, and data entry tasks.

Do you have experience in Typing?, We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bi-lingual Spanish Data Entry & Spreadsheet Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of our data systems across multiple languages. The successful candidate will utilize their strong computer skills, proficiency in data entry, and organizational expertise to manage databases, ERP systems, and complex spreadsheets efficiently. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to streamlined data processes and support operational excellence within a diverse, fast-paced environment., * Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative roles with a focus on spreadsheet management.

  • Bilingual proficiency in at least two languages; fluency in both spoken and written forms is required.
  • Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions.
  • Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and office software tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail coupled with the ability to perform accurate typing at high speed.
  • Basic math skills for calculations related to data processing or order management.
  • Previous experience with filing systems, data collection methods, and transcription tasks is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a diverse environment.
