SolidWorks PDM Administrator / Application Support AnalystLocation: Milwaukee Area (Local Candidates Only)Type: Contract-to-HireSalary: $90,000 - $100,000We’re hiring a SolidWorks PDM Administrator to take ownership of a well-established environment and support engineering teams across multiple locations. This role offers strong knowledge transfer from a long-tenured SME and the opportunity to lead an upcoming upgrade to SolidWorks 2026. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and administer the SolidWorks PDM environment end-to-endSupport engineering and design users across multiple sites, including an international locationTroubleshoot complex SolidWorks issues (assemblies, files, vault structures)Support and contribute to the SolidWorks 2023 * 2026 upgradeManage user access, workflows, permissions, and system configurationsProvide hands-on application support and end-user trainingPartner with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve system performance and usageRequirementsSolidWorks PDM
Requirements
administration experienceSolidWorks application support experienceCAD experience in an engineering or manufacturing environmentStrong troubleshooting skills with CAD assemblies and file issuesExperience supporting multiple users/locationsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsMust be local to the Milwaukee areaNice to HaveSpanish language skills HUGE PLUS Experience supporting international teamsSolidWorks upgrade experienceCAD design backgroundManufacturing industry experience
