Remodeler

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Remodeler to join our team and bring transformative visions to life through expert renovation and construction work. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of remodeling projects, from minor updates to major renovations, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills to enhance residential and commercial spaces. Your energy, attention to detail, and dedication will directly impact the satisfaction of our clients and the success of our projects., * Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute remodeling plans.

• Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, and finishing work with precision.
• Install doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, tile, trim carpentry, and other fixtures to meet project specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently.
• Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage construction site activities including material handling, concrete forming and finishing, masonry work, roofing repairs, and glass installation.
• Collaborate with project managers on construction estimating, scheduling, and site management using tools like Bluebeam.
• Ensure proper caulking, painting, welding, hardscape installation, restoration work, and masonry are completed to high standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

• Proven experience in construction or remodeling projects with a strong understanding of construction management principles.
• Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for accurate project execution.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding equipment, and heavy machinery operation.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring (including schematics), concrete forming/finishing, masonry, roofing techniques, and glass/cabinet installation.
• Ability to perform construction inspection tasks effectively while maintaining safety standards.
• Experience with construction estimating software such as Bluebeam is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site during various phases of remodeling projects.
