Job description

  • Answers the Help Desk incoming phone calls, provides first level support to end users, and utilizes our internal tracking system to create and update work orders.
  • Coordinates PC’s and Point of sale refresh cycle
  • Review backup logs and ensure successful operation.
  • Responsible for performing the preventative maintenance on all desktop systems, including applicable operating system and application updates and patches.
  • Handles relation or PCs and peripherals
  • Ensures that department documentation is maintained and that new procedures are adequately documented.
  • Provides a high level of customer support to all Casino Pauma’s internal and external customers.
  • Responsible for compliance with the Casino’s internal control policies and procedures as it relates to the stated job description.
  • Performs other duties as directed.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: (*Constantly, Frequently, Occasionally)

  • Constantly walking, standing, hearing, seeing and talking
  • Frequent eye/hand coordination and handling
  • Occasionally balancing, bending, reaching, twisting, sitting, holding, wrist motion, reading and stooping

Requirements

Do you have a valid Gaming license license?, Do you have experience in Software installation?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Ability to install, repair and troubleshoot computer systems and related components in a corporate environment

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, weekdays, etc.
  • At least two years experience working in a professional, corporate environment
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to install, repair, and troubleshoot various software applications including the Microsoft Office Suite.

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Two-year degree in IT or completion of specific training required for the position with approval of the Director of Finance. 1 year of technical experience can be substituted for 1 year of training and/or education with approval of the Director of Finance.

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

Able to obtain and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License.
