Job description

We’re looking for a skilled Warehouse Inventory & Equipment Logistics Specialist to own the daily flow of commercial laundry equipment, parts, and materials in our fast-paced warehouse. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage receiving, shipping, inventory accuracy, staging for installations, and overall warehouse organization., Equipment Receiving, Shipping & Inventory Control

  • Offload trucks and accurately receive commercial laundry equipment, bases, machines, and materials into our inventory system.
  • Ship equipment and parts to vendors/customers while properly updating records.
  • Maintain accurate equipment locations and ensure items are stored safely and put away the same day.
  • Move and reorganize equipment as needed to optimize warehouse flow and accessibility.

Installation Preparation & Staging

  • Pull correct equipment and prepare job materials (grout, ductwork, anchors, etc.) for upcoming installations.
  • Stage everything the day before so installation teams can get on the road quickly.
  • Partner closely with dispatch and installation teams to prevent delays.
  • Proactively communicate shortages or issues before they impact schedules.

Warehouse Organization & Parts Support

  • Keep the warehouse, parts area, and scrap yard clean, safe, and well-organized.
  • Receive stock parts, pull for technician work orders and van restocks, and assist with cycle counts.
  • Monitor stock levels, manage slow-moving inventory, and report concerns to the Parts Manager.
  • Handle scrap disposal and coordinate dumpster pickups., * Work for a growing company supporting essential commercial laundry operations across the Southeast.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Warehouse experience?, If you’re an experienced warehouse professional who thrives working independently, takes pride in keeping things organized and efficient, and enjoys supporting field technicians and installation teams, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact., * 2+ years of hands-on warehouse inventory control experience.

  • Proven shipping & receiving experience.
  • Forklift, pallet jack, and material handling equipment experience.
  • Experience staging equipment/parts for service or installation teams.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with inventory systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication (including with remote teams).

  • Forklift/pallet jack operation
  • Equipment staging & warehouse organization
  • Strong Excel & inventory system proficiency

Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move heavy equipment throughout the day in a warehouse environment.
