Sr. Desktop Support Specialist

We’re seeking a Sr. Desktop Support Specialist to support a leading organization’s technical teams. This temporary role involves troubleshooting desktop issues, managing hardware and software, and ensuring smooth user experiences in an organization-focused environment., * Assist end-users by diagnosing and rectifying hardware, software, and network problems.

• Set up, configure, and maintain desktop devices and peripherals.
• Handle support requests promptly, ensuring timely resolution within service standards.
• Perform software updates, patches, and installations on desktop systems.Keep detailed records of support activities, requests, and resolutions using ticketing systems.

Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Strong understanding of desktop operating systems, hardware, and peripherals.

• Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Experience with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and desktop management software.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices is a plus; relevant certifications are beneficial.2-3 years of desktop support or technical support experience; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
