IT Site Support Technician

We’re partnering with a prominent fulfillment center, to find a talented IT Site Support Technician to support their on-site operations in Lewisberry, PA. This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to maintain system functionality in a fast-paced environment.

IT Site Support Tech Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, application, and network issues to minimize operational disruptions.
• Assist and educate users by providing clear solutions and fostering positive support interactions.
• Manage and document help desk tickets accurately, analyzing issues to ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external IT teams as well as operational management to address IT challenges efficiently.
• Support various IT functions, including PC repair, deployment, and liquidation, in a dynamic setting., * Proven experience supporting PCs within a Windows Active Directory environment.

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Solid understanding of networking protocols, including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, and TCP/IP.

• Skills in PC repair, deployment, and troubleshooting with a demonstrated technical background.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
