Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Label Controller to support our Quality team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing and controlling all product labels and packaging artwork to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and proper documentation.

The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with Quality, Production, and Regulatory teams to maintain accurate, audit-ready labeling systems in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable regulations., * Review and release incoming labels and packaging artwork for accuracy and compliance

  • Issue approved labels and packaging materials to production for manufacturing runs
  • Maintain strict version control and documentation of all labels and artwork
  • Verify label accuracy against product specifications, formulas, and batch records
  • Coordinate label updates due to product, customer, or regulatory changes
  • Manage obsolete labels, ensuring proper identification, control, and destruction
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical label records for audit readiness
  • Ensure all labeling follows document control procedures and formatting standards
  • Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory teams on ingredient statements and allergen declarations
  • Conduct periodic audits of active labels to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Identify discrepancies and resolve labeling issues prior to production
  • Support additional quality-related tasks as needed

Requirements

Do you have experience in Teamwork?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Familiarity with GMP and FDA regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
  • Basic computer skills and experience with document control systems preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed, * Do you have experience working in a manufacturing or production environment?

  • Have you ever reviewed or approved product labels or packaging artwork?
  • Can you lift up to 50IB

Experience:

  • batch records, specifications, or production documentation.: 1 year (Preferred)
